bdbajy Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bdbajy platform — this is a binding agreement between you and us.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all members who use the bdbajy website and platform. By registering on bdbajy or using the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.
Important: This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
General Provisions and Definitions

The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry the meanings given below:
- "Platform" — the bdbajy website (bdbajy.lat) and all its services, games and content.
- "Member" — any person who has created an account on bdbajy and is using the platform.
- "Wager" or "Bet" — the amount of money placed by a member on any game or sports event.
- "Bonus" — any promotional offer, cashback or reward given to members by bdbajy.
- "Wallet" — the record of a member's financial transactions on the platform.
- "KYC" — the identity verification process (Know Your Customer).
Applicability of Terms
These Terms apply equally to all services on the bdbajy platform, promotional offers, bonus programs and any new features added in the future. bdbajy reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered as the member's acceptance of the new Terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
Registration Requirements
To open an account on bdbajy and use its services, a member must meet the following conditions:
- The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
- All personal information provided by the member must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.
- A member may not operate an account on behalf of another person.
- It is the member's own responsibility to keep login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
bdbajy may at any time request a national identity card or other documents from a member for identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.
Account Suspension and Closure
bdbajy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts or attempting bonus fraud.
- Failing KYC verification or not submitting the required documents.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when depositing funds on bdbajy:

Withdrawal Terms
Before processing a withdrawal request, bdbajy verifies the following:
- Whether the member's KYC verification has been completed.
- Whether the wagering requirement of any active bonus has been met.
- Whether the withdrawal amount meets the minimum limit (৳800).
- It is preferable that the deposit and withdrawal method be the same.
Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if additional verification is required, it may take a little longer.
Bonus and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
bdbajy offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to this bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to qualify for the bonus.
- To withdraw the bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x).
- Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you ৳1,000 in bonus for a total of ৳2,000 — you must wager ৳20,000 to withdraw.
- Example: depositing ৳22,000 or more gives you the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total balance of ৳32,000.
- A member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus will be cancelled.
VIP Cashback and Other Promotions
bdbajy has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. The cashback rate for each tier:
- Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
- Gold: weekly cashback up to 1.2%.
Advancement through VIP tiers depends on a member's gaming activity. bdbajy reserves the right to change, cancel or introduce new promotional offer terms at any time.
Attempting bonus fraud, arbitrage betting or collecting bonuses through dishonest means may result in the relevant bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
Betting and Gaming Rules
General Betting Rules
All types of bets on bdbajy (sports betting, casino games, live dealer and slots) are governed by the following general rules:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, though exceptions may apply in certain specific cases.
- Incorrect results caused by technical errors will be reviewed and corrected.
- bdbajy reserves the right to void bets won from suspicious or erroneous odds.
- bdbajy is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection.
- All bets are recorded according to Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdbajy platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses or offers.
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to operate games or bets.
- Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
- Attempting to hack or bypass the platform's security systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Operating an account on behalf of minors or to facilitate their access.
If any of the above violations are proven, the relevant balance will be confiscated and the account will be permanently closed.
Privacy and Security
Protection of Personal Information
bdbajy places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. Members' data is secured using SSL encryption technology. We do not sell or transfer members' personal information to third parties, except in the following cases:
- When required by legal obligation or at the request of a government authority.
- With designated service providers for payment processing and fraud prevention.
- With the member's explicit consent.

The responsibility for ensuring the security of a member's account lies primarily with the member. The following steps are recommended:
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- If you notice any suspicious activity, inform the support team immediately.
- Avoid logging in to your account on public or shared devices.
bdbajy will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by our own negligence.

- Losses from bets or games caused by a member's internet disconnection.

- Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks or other uncontrollable events.
- Unauthorised access to an account resulting from a member's own negligence or carelessness.
In the most extreme circumstances, bdbajy's liability will never exceed the total value of the transaction in question.

Changes to Terms & Conditions and Miscellaneous
bdbajy may partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms and conditions will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is the members' responsibility to check this page regularly.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will retain their full effect.
- These terms and conditions may be interpreted in both English and Bengali; in case of any conflict, the Bengali version will prevail.
- Any delay by bdbajy in exercising its rights or remedies will not be considered a waiver of those rights or remedies.
